The ongoing process of education is vital to the continuing success and growth of our communities that is implemented throughout our societies. Our philosophy of the educational process is manifold; it centers primarily on the students’ academic, career, and personal/social needs. Focusing on the needs of the students through strong student-counselor relationships, parent-counselor relationships, teacher/faculty-counselor relationships, and community-counselor relationships are the backbone of our profession and our ultimate success for all students. We believe that all students can succeed and we have the privilege of assisting our students and families with opportunities in the school and community atmosphere alike. Building strong relationships with our school and local community for our students' benefits is what we strive for each and every day. Our program is aligned with the 21st century American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model through the four components of: Foundation, Delivery, Management, and Accountability. We are a 21st century data-driven program that aims to meet our students, their families, and community needs through best practices and modalities of instruction.
